We’ve known Bruce for over 20 years: it seemed only logical that he’d be the ONLY person that came to mind when we were ready to purchase our “dream home”. We called 2 days before we arrived to Richmond, Virginia and he was able to set aside the day just for us. At least that is what he said but we know better. In April of this year, my husband and I contacted Bruce to see if he would be interested in selling a home my husband had recently inherited. Without hesitation, he said Yes! He was with us the first time we went in the home. The home was very nice on the outside, the inside was a different story. The home needed to be cleaned out and a TOTAL makeover. Bruce knew all the professional contacts to get the house remodeled. In 4 months, the home was perfect and ready to go on the market. We had 6 offers the first weekend, and a written contract the first week. Bruce is the best realtor we have worked with. He is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile.
